Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. This includes for reasons such as illness (including COVID-19), dissatisfaction with the event, purchasing the wrong ticket, purchasing too many tickets, or non-attendance.
This policy applies to all Box Office and online ticket purchases
Please note: Should local weather conditions require Classic Christmas to cancel or delay an event, we will have a re-accommodation plan for guests to reschedule to another date this season. Tickets can not be held to future seasons as we may not return to the same cities each year.
