  • Classic Christmas has a NO PET POLICY

  • Classic Christmas welcomes trained service dogs as defined under Titles II and III of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA), no other animals are permitted within the event. Service animals must be under the effective control of the handler at all times and all vaccinations for rabies and other common diseases must be up to date.

If the dog is found not to be housebroken, barking or lunging at guests or other service dogs or generally not under control by the handler the service dog and handler will be asked to leave the event without refund.

    • Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA. As such these animals are not permitted.

  • If attending a specific Paw's and Claus event , ALL dogs must have a pup ticket as we are restricted to the total amount of dogs allowed into the venue.

    • 2 pup tickets are permitted to be purchased per order

    • Once pup tickets are sold out, they are sold out

    • Pups must also have full vaccinations (documentation required , no exceptions)

    • Pups must also have local city license (documentation required, no exceptions)

Note: For Paws N Claus evenings we restrict the number of pups permitted, this requires all dogs to have a ticket so we can ensure we are not creating any safety issues. For guests with ADA Title II and Title III service animals please note for Paws N Claus every pup is required to purchase a ticket, should you like to attend another evening a pup ticket would not be required for your service animal.
