Can I change my date?

Guests are welcome to change their dates through their MyAccount up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled event date.

This is done through you MyAccount, located at the bottom of your order confirmation.

Date change fees are $3 per ticket plus any increase in ticket price.

Guests who purchased Visit Protection: (applicable cities)

Date changes can be made up to 1 hour prior to your scheduled event through your MyAccount. Visit Protection covers you for the $3 change fees, however any increase in ticket price is still due.

Guests who have purchased Sensible Weather: (applicable cities)

Date changes are not permitted as your tickets were selected for a particular date and time and sensible weather does not permit tickets to be transferred to new dates as the quote you were issued was for the particular date and time you selected originally.
